At The Elements of Wellness Organization, our mission is to support individuals, irrespective of their insurance coverage or financial means, in their pursuit of integrative holistic healthcare options that can profoundly enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Our organization was founded on a deep commitment to improve the lives of individuals facing challenges in accessing holistic healthcare options to support their well-being and improve their quality of life.
We understand that whole health care goes beyond traditional medical treatments, and the option to choose between traditional and holistic therapies should be available to all. Our goal is to bridge the gap between insurance coverage and full integrative treatment plan options.
From covering out of pocket expenses for active and passive therapies such as medical massage, lymphatic therapy, hyperbaric therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and spiritual therapy, to hosting wellness events and retreats for self-care practices, our integrative services are specifically designed to help provide holistic healing options to those that need them most.
While medical care has come a long way over the past 10 years, there are still many inadequacies when it comes to covering non-pharmaceutical based holistic pain management and overall wellness supporting options.
Our mission is to help bridge the gap between insurance coverage and actual needs for treatments that are medically indicated or have proven to show improvement in a patient's quality of life.
"My name is Nick Travis and I am a 100% disabled Vietnam combat veteran having served from 1968- 1969 with the 1st Infantry Division.
I have had 13 operations; the last several being on my back. I have been using Becki Curtis' services at The Elements Wellness Network for about a year and have to say it has made a major improvement in my life. It helps in dealing with the pain in my back and several other areas.
In addition, the massage is a great aid in my being calmer which has always been difficult. My Service Dog, EMBRY is always with me, of course. She fits in well, always just lying down- never far from me.
I greatly recommend Becki's medical massage services not just for veteran's but anyone looking for a relaxing and calming experience that also aids in pain reduction. "

"As an advanced cancer thriver, I look for both local and effective complimentary therapies. Manual lymphatic drainage massage with and without red light infrared therapy has been a cornerstone in my healing journey.
I first met Becki of Culpeper Lymphatics in May 2023; using her specialized experience and knowledge, she has been able to customize every one of my sessions based on my needs at the time. Finding someone with this level of competence was crucial for me considering my past medical history, and I consider this a huge asset to the community.
The treatments have positively affected my mind, body, and spirit as well as my quality of life. I have consistently less pain than when I first started, and I believe my immune system is getting stronger in part because of the regular lymphatic drainage I receive. My detoxification pathways which became overburdened through past surgeries, chemotherapies, and diagnostic scans are now better supported with targeted lymphatic therapies. As a result, I have a remarkably improved energy to go about my day.
Overall, my outlook and the strong desire to keep pressing on would not be the same without Becki’s caring therapeutic touch. Thank you, Culpeper Lymphatics and Elements Wellness Network for your skill, compassion, and dedication!"

"My name is Kevin Hall and I was a Sergeant in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division for 10 years. During my time in service, I had multiple injuries on jumps resulting in a rating of 100% permanently and totally disabled by the VA.
I’ve had multiple surgeries on my right shoulder and my neck and am slated to have surgeries on both my back and left shoulder. In addition, I have been diagnosed with neuropathy and chronic pain. My pain management doctor recommended therapeutic massage and I was unable to make the drive to VA for treatment, so they outsourced me to The Elements Wellness Network, LLC.
My consultation appointment to go over the best treatment, Becki was very friendly, in tuned to my needs, so we devised a plan. The VA was only allowing for a thirty minute massage, but Becki was able to prove to the VA that the required treatment would require a one-hour massage, which the VA granted. Unfortunately, the VA only allows for 12 massage appointments annually. On top of that, my neurologist for my migraines put in a consult for massage treatment, but that one was for 12 appointments in a 60 day window.
I would arrive to each appointment in pain and with a migraine; however, they would minimize and the massages helped to manage each of them, the results of which would last a few weeks. Unfortunately, the VA will no longer refer me for therapeutic massage until one year has passed, due to their limitations of having 12 in one year. The massages are a benefit to us veterans, particularly those of us on a fixed income that would be unable to afford paying the cost out of pocket. "

VA Community Care Provider
Medical Massage Therapist
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
I have been a Medical Massage Therapist since 2017 and have spent the last two years as a VA Community Care Provider; specializing in pain management, injury rehabilitation, and lymphatic drainage therapy.
During this time, I quickly came to realize the unfortunate gap between the integration of complimentary therapies that provided lasting results for my patients vs the limited treatment plans their insurance providers were willing to cover; especially when requesting multiple complimentary therapies at the same time.
I thought if I could find a way to provide full integrative treatment plans, my disabled veteran patients and cancer fighting patients would experience much greater and longer lasting results which would greatly improve their overall quality of life. It was in that moment, that the answer became very clear and The Elements of Wellness Organization was born.
My hope is that by building meaningful friendships and partnerships within our own community, throughout Virginia, and beyond, that we may be able to breathe new life, new meaning, and new hope into as many patients in need as possible.
Please join our mission and help us help them.
